Something Stuck Between the Teeth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting food stuck between teeth usually isn\u2019t a big deal. But it can cause more discomfort than you might think, and if the object is anything other than food, it should be removed promptly. Dental Damage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Injuries or accidents that cause damage to a tooth\u2019s surface can make it more vulnerable to discomfort. The outermost layer of a tooth is responsible for protecting the more delicate inner layers, so if those inner layers become exposed, that can translate to a toothache. Poor Gum Health<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes the problem isn\u2019t the tooth, but the gum tissue surrounding it.
